• Account information: name, email, phone number, password, and role (e.g. worker, client, landlord, farmer).
• Verification & KYC data: identity documents, photos, and references submitted to verify workers, landlords, or farmers.
• Listing content: property details, produce listings, job postings, photos, and descriptions you submit.
• Payment data: M-Pesa phone numbers and transaction references needed to process bookings, fees, and payouts. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Location data: county, area, or GPS coordinates you provide for job dispatch, attendance clock-in/out, or property and produce listings.
• Usage data: pages visited, searches performed, and device/browser information collected automatically.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and match workers with jobs, including jobs in Eldoret and across Kenya.
• To display and manage house, land, and produce listings.
• To process payments, booking fees, and payouts via M-Pesa and other supported methods.
• To verify identity and reduce fraud on the Platform.
• To send booking confirmations, notifications, and service updates by SMS, email, or in-app alerts.
• To improve the Platform and understand how it is used.

3. Sharing your information

We share information with other users only as needed to complete a transaction — for example, a client sees a worker's profile once assigned, or a buyer sees a landlord's or farmer's contact details once they inquire. We share data with payment processors (such as M-Pesa/Safaricom) and SMS providers strictly to deliver those services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
